Good for now, and I hope this doesn't happen to you, but be prepared for the HP club card to no longer get you access to CO/NW rooms pretty soon would be my guess. CO has had a lot of internal strategy shifts in the last 6 weeks suggesting that this might occur.

Just as one example of many, within the last 6 weeks CO terminated their contract whereby HP provided HP agents on behalf of CO at LAS and PHX, and CO sent teams of their own employees back into these two cities. The HP relationship is being terminated, step by step, is what looks like is happening.
