Thanks. I called and was told that the rate was the same. I tried online chat, and they told me: "I can modify your reservation to reflect your new pick up time, however, as of October 28th, 2017, Budget no longer refunds remaining unused days on prepaid rentals returned early, nor any portion on reservations that have been modified."

I guess getting a credit on a prepaid reservation was too good to be true.
