Agree.

Biz class is about the bed. The A330s of of Air China are comfortable for that purpose. Crew have always been friendly and responsive. The soft product is not the best, but the food is edible, basic drink selection, plenty of hot towels. Clean bathrooms. Not much more you could want, and at a good price.
