Yep. The Royal Park Hotel The Haneda is connected directly to the international terminal at departure level. It is more expensive than the hotels near Anamori-Inari station that offer free shuttles to Haneda.

I've stayed at the royal park hotel after a late arrival. Due to severe delays, I cleared immigration around 12:50am. The other passengers travelling in J were clearly nervous. Many of them had missed the last train into Tokyo leaving only the taxi as alternative.

The rooms were decent. Relatively small and essentially what you'd expect from a Japanese business oriented hotel in that category. Breakfast was nice too. The Western breakfast selection was somewhat underwhelming but the Japanese breakfast made up for that.
