The mystays haneda was a good value option last time I was there. The hotel is just outside the airport perimeter, they have a free shuttle bus that takes about 10mins from the international terminal to the hotel.
I've stayed there too, not a bad hotel at all and good value. Though I remember the shuttle bus was first come first serve, people were lining up a good 20 minutes before departure and it seemed already full, so I took the Keikyu train which is a 5min walk away.
