Hi,
When I flew out of HND last year on BA according to BA.com check in desks opened up 2hrs 30mins prior to flight time ( and opened just after 7am for a 950am flight)
You could stay in Shinagawa and get the keikyu line to Haneda ( only takes arouns 20mnis)
