You CANT cancel Experian unless you call them, guess what, yeah, right now I am at one hour and twenty minutes on two phones, two different lines, nothing.
You cant do it online, you cant do it by email.
I do NOT have a long term subscription contract, it is month to month. So can I simply BLOCK them using AMEX?
AMEX told me they can still charge thru them, but I dont see how if I dont have an obligation.
Any ideas? BTW online you CANT delete your CC info, you can add a new card but you CANT delete the one that is on there. They dont even let you see which card they are charging.
Amazing.

And honestly I wouldn’t mind actually USING the damn service except non of my log in info worked and directed me to call or email customer service (EHICH ARE NONEXISTENT). So last month I was charged two times 50$ for back charges then 25$ for the monthly. At that point I was fed up and actually dedicated a morning to deal with it. Ended up calling my bank (chase). And explained the situation and within 2days I received an email from Experian that they have cancelled my membership. Let’s hope it sticks otherwise I’m going to just get a lawyer and let them deal with it.
Why do you want to cancel? Just select their basic free membership. You can do that online.
