Who or where do I send my complaints at Aer Lingus to get a response? I used the online form. Is that the best way? Our luggage took 4 days and United was the last one to take it on the originating flight, but they claim it is not their responsibility. I am to file that complaint with BA per the baggage complaint guy who responds to my emails.
