They are just shuffling aircraft around, happens all the time. I wouldn't read anything in to it. Once the aircraft is airborne on the LGW-RAK sector it may be accurate (but may not be so), but it probably isn't accurate until it leaves LGW. I certainly wouldn't take it seriously, it's just a handy tool, not a scheduling device.
