It should say that in Manage My Booking or the App under Check-in / other ways to check-in.

LHR is now "any time of the day" for T3, status. Club and First passengers. And any time of the day at T5 for those prepared to use the self check-in machines. MMB may or may not be accurate on that one since technically the "any time of day" for non status (etc) is a trial, albeit one that has been going for a while now.
