I feel you pain!
I have been dealing with his for past month I have intermittently been trying to call them and stay on hold for an hour but have to hang up because no one answers ever and from the looks of all the comments this is common. Even when I tried to just cancel my card they would charge my new number. And they end up back charging all the months they didn’t get payment. I sent multiple emails with no response. And honestly I wouldn’t mind actually USING the damn service except non of my log in info worked and directed me to call or email customer service (EHICH ARE NONEXISTENT). So last month I was charged two times 50$ for back charges then 25$ for the monthly. At that point I was fed up and actually dedicated a morning to deal with it. Ended up calling my bank (chase). And explained the situation and within 2days I received an email from Experian that they have cancelled my membership. Let’s hope it sticks otherwise I’m going to just get a lawyer and let them deal with it.
