Delta sent me an email stating there is a baggage embargo for my flight tomorrow, no more than 2 bags per passenger. The destination is SDQ, But it doesn't specify if that includes carry on or checked luggage. Called Delta and they said they'd call back in an hour but figured I'd ask here.
