I have a Lowes AMEX card and they only allow you to redeem for a Lowes gift card starting at 2500 pts, a AMEX gift card starting at 3500 pts, an AMEX Gas Rewards Card starting at 2500 pts. and two other stores that I do not really use. Does anyone know fi the AMEX Gas Rewards Card will work outside of a gas station?
