I'm at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando now.
Booked a standard award room and got upgraded to an executive suite overlooking the atrium. Staff are very friendly and seem to be more knowledgable of elite members. No lounge. But Elite's get free access to some Spa amenities, like the sauna and rainforest showers.
