Yes, indeed, it doesn't hurt to be reminded that this is a bankruptcy. But as others have pointed out, that seems to be quite special and a bit different in Germany.

I have read most of the threads about the airberlin bankruptcy and the situation with TopBonus, including most of those on VFT, but nowhere can I recall anyone predicting that they would simply seize any remaining miles. I suppose we'll have to watch and see how this pans out!
