On award stay here as Diamond breakfast added even though not in room rate. No room upgrade though.

Nice quality feel to property. Rooms decent size but not enormous. Bed, decor and room furniture fit well. Clearly well renovated for opening in July 2017.

Service a bit slow at times. Waited both for coffee in morning and after dinner bar service in evening. All staff very friendly, just a bit light on numbers maybe. Bar bill for three drinks EUR40, so not wildly out of line with premium prices in town but not as easy on the pocket as a walk towards Spanish Steps, etc.

Good location for Piazza Spagna and Villa Borghese. More distant for Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Colloseum, Forum, Vatican still walkable but may seem like a long way on a hot day.
