Anyone else unable to search for Delta One award miles using the 5-week calendar during the Dec/Jan holiday?

The Delta awards calendar flexible search functionality works fine when searching for coach fares (miles and money, flexible dates and 5-week).
The Delta awards calendar works fine when searching Delta One using Money (both flexible and 5 week), it works using Miles and "flexible" but try selecting "5 week" and the search engine spins and spins and never returns results or provides this error message.

Before folks say this is due to no availability, I do see flights on partners and very expensive flights on Delta metal using the "flexible" date so there are flight options. Just want to cast a wider net to find some reasonable fares (if any exist).

I called and spent 50 minutes with customer service (2 different representatives, no ability for I/T support person). Total waste of time. They claimed I should use Chrome, not Firefox, but problem exists on both.
