No feel for the SEA shift, expect there are lots of Silicon Valley folks who will appreciate not having to travel to SFO for JFK nonstop. Should also improve schedule performance (SJC vs SFO), lower costs.
SJC is a much lower yielding base than SFO. EWR-SJC is the worst performing AS transcon out of EWR. B6 had really low yield on JFK-SJC when they had monopoly of this route. Now there are 3 carriers. Not sure how this will turn out well for anyone.
