Unfortunately what MSPeconomist says is true, however I seem to see a great deal of DL staff using the excuse that we can't give your seat (or equivalent) back even after less than a minute a couple of times is a basic "I don't care, lowly Platinum and I won't let you talk to a supervisor since I've closed the matter." I've had about a 50-50 success getting some sort of resolution (supervisor) with a quick call back to the Platinum Line and a couple of times getting a battlefield upgrade at the gate.
