My guess is that they won't. In my opinion, they are more cosmetic than anything else, and I seriously doubt that people handling the baggage will take notice. They are not especially bright, and with the size of them (smaller than OnePass Elite priority tags) I do not feel that they will stand out.

I hope that I am proved wrong. If anyone has had any experience with them so far, please chime in.
