I think you're being a bit alarmist here. The "quiet areas" are not really that "quiet", but they aren't overly "noisy" either.
I've never had a problem sleeping in the "quiet area" behind the business centre.
I'm sure good experiences do happen, and they may also depend on how light a sleeper you are. In my case, my experiences have not been good though in fairness I don't do well sleeping when there is some noise around and rolling trolleys+snoring+alarm ringing when people need to wake up have been a fairly regular experience. I still appreciate being able to lay down anyway and the privacy of each "pod" but I have little hope to sleep personally.
