Checked out yesterday. Had a good stay. Plat benefits are breakfast for two, happy hour at the Bamboo Bar, one pressing per day, and early check-in/late check-out. Received a suite upgrade after waiting for a few hours since I didn't want a circular bed. Happy hour was quite nice as the service was very attentive and the selection of drinks was quite nice compared to the Zest Bar at the Westin. Breakfast I thought was quite good compared to the Westin. Only downside is the one pressing per day as I much prefer Westin's two pieces of laundry or pressings per day but we can't always have it our way, right?

Overall, I would come back if the prices are high at the Westin. I much prefer being on the Sukhumvit line but the Metro station (Sam Yan?) isn't too far either and it goes to Sukhumvit Metro Station next to Asok BTS. It would be cool if they had an all-day coffee/tea/water option at the lobby lounge for Plats and club guests even though the Lavazza machine in the suite was nice.
