I think you're being a bit alarmist here. The "quiet areas" are not really that "quiet", but they aren't overly "noisy" either.
I've never had a problem sleeping in the "quiet area" behind the business centre.
I think the area near the business centre is ironically much quieter than the one that's actually labelled as a 'quiet area', which as pointed out by orbitmic is subject to a constant stream of people coming to the nearby reception desk to request a shower!
