Had a stay here last fall - as others have said, it's very convenient to multiple subway lines, and it's within walking distance of a lot of downtown attractions! The room was comfortable, though half of my "view" the "corncob" towers next door. As I recall, my room had windows that could slightly vent open which was nice. I was only there 1 night, but I think guests get some deal or slight discount at the House of Blues next door.

Concierge lounge was on the basic side (a windowless room on the ground floor). Evening offering when I was there was a rice & zucchini pilaf dish, meatballs, and a salad. Breakfast was a basic Springhill Suites breakfast.
