I've searched this forum and don't see a relevant thread, so apologies if I've missed it.

I'm trying to register for Flying Blue, from the USA. EVERY time I get to the page that asks for country of residence, language, country code and phone number, the country code is pre-populated with a +1 (=correct) but the next button is disabled even though all other fields are complete. If I select a +1 from the drop down it selects but then tells me to enter a valid country code ! ?

If I go with a 1 ??? (where ??? is not the area code, but a 2 or 3 digit code relating to a US territory) then the next button is active, but of course I don;t want to, as it's the wrong country code. Selecting or Entering a 1 means I get the error message and/or the next button is disabled.

I've tried different browsers and/or clearing the cache ? anyone ?
