I cheated slightly and did the A19 lounge on Sunday so only visited the other two today. Was proactively offered two chits at the A4 lounge but asked if I wanted them at B4 and how many. Think they would not have given them if they could.
FWIW, I find a much higher rate of drink chits being offered when proactively showing my BA card. The low-A lounge is where I spend most of my time at PHX it seems. The high-A lounge is overcrowded, and most of my AA flights tend to leave from the A gates.
