If you would have posted this to the Continental site, you probably would have been flooded with responses.
Here's what I do when this happens, call again (you'll probably get another agent, and they'll do it.) If the hassel you, ask for a supervisor... they'll get it done. As a last resort, call the OnePass service center, explain the problem to them and they'll call. They've been through this before.
Seamless? With companies as inept as HP and NW, what did we expect?
