The fare is based on miles, being 22,000, 26,000 or 29,000 miles, class (economy, business or first) and country of ticket purchase which must also be the departure of first flight.
QF flies SIN-BNE non-stop using 2-class 747-300. Both QF and CX fly HKG-BNE. I think only TG fly direct BKK-BNE so that can't done on a OneWorld Circle Pacific.
If flying in J in the near future, I would take QF BKK-SYD to get the the skybed seats.
