Just called Goldline - excellent agent - he can see and has temporarily held them but can’t ticket them and thinks it may not be possible, it’s a tag on from HKG.... peculiar

Sorry to be a bore and bump this - but need some help. The Exec club agent emailed back yesterday and said they were unable to ticket the held booking. Very annoying!

Checked on BA.com and there are loads of dates selling CX flights CNS-BNE. This shouldn't be showing if customers can't book ?
