BA have recently stated that airlines should be terminal owners at Heathrow. Perhaps time to put up the money.
One of the reasons for the complete clusterflub that was JFK in the first week of January when snow hit was that each terminal had it's own operator many of which weren't prepared and didn't act in a coordinated way.

Could things be better at T5 sure but are BA really prepared to manage the totality of T5 when they are plainly incapable of managing some of the aspects they are already responsible for?
