I bought a flight on SQ using Apple Pay through the SQ app. When I received the confirmation, it said something about presenting the credit card at check in for verification. However, since I used Apple Pay, and Apple Pay generates a unique number for each purchase rather than transmitting the CC number, I am worried that my CC won't match the number they have on file.

Has anyone used Apple Pay to buy SQ tickets and have any experiences to share about whether they have been asked to verify at the check-in desk.
