Concur with binman. The e-visa page is not the most user friendly. However since I don't have lots of pages left in my passport and due to visa/ESTA validity for another few years, didn't want to waste lots of space with the Egypt sticker since have to pass through Cairo twice, decided to go for e-visa.
Once you get over the clunky system, it is easy enough to use. You need to create an account which is free and it took about 15 minutes per application and paid online.
Got payment processing email within 24 hours and the e-visa arrived within 24 hours as well.
Though wanted multiple entry, it was $60 instead of $50. Since evisa single entry costs the same as visa on arrival sticker at $25, both valid for 3 months from time of issue, will gave to get another single entry e-visa at a later date.
Thanks for all the input here.
