Oh that's a shame. If it helps you feel better, I've always had really excellent service from very proactive crew whenever I've travelled in the recliner J cabin.

For the 777, the older seats are arranged 2-2-2 on the seat map, whereas the QSuites are in a staggered 1-2-1 layout (you'll see what I mean if you come across them!).
