Just returned from Japan. We used a Japan Post ATM and a Seven Bank ATM with a Visa issued by a german Bank. Both times there was a 216 Yen ATM Fee, even the Transaction was at daytime. I also used a UK issued Mastercard at a Seven Bank ATM at night, which result in no ATM Fee.
