Curious if Verbier shuts down as much as a lot of Switzerland during shoulder season. Are there any special restaurants you would recommend?

I was there last summer. I am SPG Gold and I have got all benefits I should get. Late check-out and upgrade to the best room category (not suite, but the best room I could get, and I paid the cheapest one). They were very accommodating, and I hope I will have chance to come again. It is not vivid place (at least during summer), but if you want to relax and have some mountain air – that is a place for you.
