Can vouch for the comfort of the Airport hotel, though I've always only used it's "Executive Level" or whatever its called, which is even more expensive than the standard rates (which are well above normal Dubai hotel rates, but you pay for convenience). Meet & Greet service was great - makes the process so smooth.
