We flew on Aeromexico over 2 weeks ago but the miles have not shown up yet in our accounts.
Does it usually take this long for AM miles to show on the FB account or should try to claim the missing miles already?
I tried to use the feature on the new FB site to claim missing miles but just got an error message saying that the system is currently unavailable, this has been for a couple of days now.
Just wondering if anyone else had the same problem and if miles did eventually show on the account and it just takes longer with AM.
