I have (or rather had) Chase Reserve card till a few hours ago. I lost it at a mall after paying for some food. Called Chase and was told I'll get a replacement in 1-2 business days. I was really surprised as every single time a replacement card has been sent to me, it had been overnighted (no matter which bank). I escalated it to a supervisor who gave me the same 1-2 business days answer. I'm seriously considering finding a different card but wanted to see if this is the standard replacement time for most cards?

Coincidentally, my Amex SPG card was compromised yesterday and I was told I'll be sent a replacement card overnighted to me.
