is Air China operating 787-9 on this route recently？ I saw on flightradar24 that only 748 77W 333 operating from FRA to China recently.

I do not mind repositioning to DUS, CDG, or MUC, if the soft product is good. Apparently, CA has similar products in all the routes so FRA has better schedule I would say.
