Nothing to do with AA if Qatar is not releasing seats for award travel. I've never seen good award availability on Qatar to India

Jet Airways has decided to align closely with Delta following their move from Brussels to Amsterdam for their Europe Hub. Again not AA's fault. Yes there is a big gap in India after partnership with 9W ended on Dec 31 - but you still have options on EY and CX and BA(with surcharges). EY does fly to some smaller Indian cities.
