I have been in this Ritz location and in the Hyatt Zilara during my last visit to Cancun. Rooms are more new and fancy in Zilara. Access to the beach maybe better in Ritz. Food and service both are good.If I would have to pick one I would pick Zilara but Ritz offers a good experience as well. Strawberry with chocolate from the room service are a must in the Ritz!!!
