The Boston Passport Agency is located at 10 Causeway St. and opens at 8:30 AM. Be there at 8:15 AM with photos and forms and ID and you will have your answer quickly and without hassle. This can be more complicated if you live in the middle of nowhere and don't have easy access to a passport agency. But, you list a Boston residence and the PA is in downtown Boston.
