First, I must give Hertz credit for excellent customer service. The responses were courteous, prompt and helpful.

Finally, “.... upon further review of this account, an adjustment has been made on the violation amount from $820.00, down to $490.00 (deducting the late penalty and $30.00 administration fees)....”
