It's easy for me to get the 763 versions confused but I'm pretty certain the boarding door itself is 2L and it goes into a galley type area with the bathrooms. Then there is a bulkhead wall and the seats start behind that.

I am on CDG - RDU in a couple weeks and it's supposed to be this version of the 763 so will circle back if no one has chimed in since.
