Tesco Bank is meant to be excluded from the cap.
It certainly was excluded back in the days when they gave you 1000 points for referring people to the credit card :-)
Ive been over the limit one QTR caused by change and then recently via a Tesco Bank transaction. Both times i received the letter and had points deducted
