Overall I was impressed with this brand new Hilton hotel concept. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this will not be a property for you. This smartly designed hotel could be from any Scandinavian country. The rooms are relatively small but well design. They used sliding doors for the bathroom to maximize space. We were in the hotel on a cold night and we never heard the HVAC when we raised the temperature in the room by 10 degrees. Throughout the hotel everything was done to avoid waste. This is a very "green" hotel. Hands down they had the best morning breakfast of any US Hilton brand hotel which is complementary for all guests (not just us Diamonds). Since the hotel had just been opened for two weeks when we visited, they were still working out the kinks. The only real downside that I would mention is that I would not have more than two people per room. I can see Hilton opening many of this brand going forward. It will be a hit for the business traveler.
