Surprisingly...since this past Wednesday, I am seeing response times like they used to be in the good ol' days!
But seriously...I submitted two claims Wednesday around dinner time...by Thursday lunch time, they were approved.
I had another I submitted Thursday around dinner time that was approved after lunch time today.
And the best time record so far - I submitted one before lunch time today, and in the last 30 minutes got the approval. Funny to be celebrating 8 hour reply times, but lets hope they are a sign of things to come...
Anyone else experience this? Or have I finally made it onto the BRG 'VIP list'?
By the way, my claims desktop, English and using straightforward sites...like Groupon via Google Travel, or Expedia.
