Anyone have any experience of the CNS-BNE Cathay service using Avios to book?

Just called Goldline - excellent agent - he can see and has temporarily held them but can’t ticket them and thinks it may not be possible, it’s a tag on from HKG.... peculiar

They will email me in the next 2/3 days. Think I’m out of luck? Seems a nice way to do the two hour hop lie flat
