I'm not arguing the toss, just saying what you stated re EC261 is inaccurate and has been proved such in ECJ.

If for example the park brake was applied and there was then some problem attaching the jetty or similar delay in opening the doors then it is the door open time that counts.
For EU261 doors open is the time that counts.For "on time performance" stats its blocks off to blocks on. For passenger satisfaction its time to first glass of LPGS.
