Less than 2hrs at LHR is indeed very tight. Especially if you have to change terminals. They are in just no hurry there, the buses are far and few between, and security is really slow.

I fly fly to Europe twice a month and do everything I can to avoid LHR. BUut if I have to go there, at least a two hour connection, or good options for later flights on same airline.
